The boys are back! The California real estate gurus of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing are set to return on Tuesday, February 1 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Joining regulars Josh Flagg and Madison Hildebrand will be Josh Altman, who is described as “one of the most successful real estate agents in the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills luxury housing market.” Josh’s clientèle reportedly consists mostly of entertainers, athletes and high net worth individuals from all over the world. Over the past year, he has sold over $38,000,000 and has another $50,000,000 in current listings.

And as you may have noticed from the above photo, Chad Rogers and his hair will not be returning to the show for reasons unknown. What we do know is that both Bravo and Chad’s reps confirm that it was Chad’s decision to leave the show. We are going to guess money/contract issues. Chad also tweeted recently that he is no longer with his girlfriend from the show.

The 4th season promises to explore Madison’s professional life as well as his much talked about love life, and exploring his newfound sexuality with some surprising twists and turns. As for Josh Flagg, the season will also focus on him as he pens his own memoirs and writes an inspirational how-to book for making it in the dog-eat-dog world of real estate. Does this mean we still won’t get to see a glimpse of Josh’s love life?

In other MDL news, Bravo is also looking to expand the show beyond California. The NY Post reported earlier this month that filming has began on a NYC spin-off, which is being described as more of a Bravo Housewives series due to all the drama.

The characters in the New York version will include Fredrik Eklund, a Swedish, gay ex-porn star turned Manhattan real estate hottie, and his business partner John Gomes. Also included will be Caroline Grane, described as a as “pretty and personable” Swedish bombshell, with the fourth cast member being Michael Lorber, a soft-spoken, smart, eligible bachelor on the show.

Tonight marks the return of Bravo’s real estate show Million Dollar Listing.

Following a successful 3rd season, the boys are back to give us an inside look into the wheelings and dealings of high end real estate in California. Though as you can see from the above photo, one notable cast member from the previous three seasons is missing.

Yes, Chad Rogers is no longer on the show. Replacing Chad is Josh Altman, a 31-year-old successful real estate agent who specializes in the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills luxury housing market. Joining Josh this season are returning alums Madison Hildebrand and Josh Flagg.

As for the reason Chad left the show, he states it was “due to a career decision,” making it clear it was his choice to walk away.

On tonight’s season opener titled ‘Bad Market For Mansions,’ cast member Josh A. tangles with an angry seller trying to market his chic home, Madison seeks a party pad for a big-bucks entrepreneur, and Josh F. works for an eccentric seller with overly high expectations.

Season three of Million Dollar Listing continues tonight on Bravo following a new move to Tuesdays at 9/8c.

On the 5th episode of the show this season titled ‘Billionaire Buyer,’ Josh Altman must find a posh property in less than two days for a billionaire client. Elsewhere, Josh Flagg has difficulty finding a buyer for a Victorian home; and Madison contends with a fiery client.

There have also been some questions regarding Josh Flagg and his love life, something he has kept private from the show (the only cast member to do so). Well, following last week’s episode, Madison had something interesting to say in his Bravo blog. An excerpt is below -

“I am glad Josh Flagg struck a deal with the lovely Candis Cayne. That was a colorful bunch — and I think Josh Flagg is starting to show his true colors. “

Very interesting comment. Will let you draw your own conclusions at that. And finally, some fans of the show are wondering if Josh Altman and Madison’s assistant Heather Bilyeu are still dating, and while there isn’t a concrete answer to that question, Heather was present at Josh’s premiere party for the show back on January 30. Missing from that party where Josh F. and Madison.

UPDATE - A look at Josh Flagg’s personal facebook page has him in a relationship with a guy named Colton Thorn so that should answer the question about Josh’s love life. Thanks to our reader Cleveland girl for pointing this out.

A huge episode of Million Dollar Listing will air tonight on Bravo, during which real estate agent Josh Flagg will officially come out as being gay.

While all of the stars on the show, including former cast member Chad Rodgers, had allowed their love lives to be a part of the show, Josh was the only one to keep that part of his life private.

Well, that all changes tonight as Josh makes the revelation both on the show and in his new memoir Million Dollar Agent: Brokering the Dream, which also comes out today.

According to Josh, 25, he is very pleased with the way he chose to come out. “You know my sexuality does not define me, it is not who I am, but rather it is part of me, and I did not ever want people to think of me as “the gay real estate guy,” I did not want that to be the only demographic that was watching me on TV or the only demographic to associate with me,” said Josh in an interview with San Diego Gay and Lesbian News.

“I am very glad I did things the way I did because I feel I eased people into it and I made people comfortable with ME, and then kind of just dropped the fact that I like guys instead of girls. Many people knew, many had no idea,” he added.

And how does Josh feel about his costar Madison Hildebrand, who also came out on the show, beating him to the punch? “Madison did not beat me to the punch. Madison just decided to come out on national television before I did, but as far as I know, I was out to the people I wanted to be out to well before Madison was. At the rate we are going, we might have to change the title of the show to “Two Homos and the Straight Dude.”" joked Josh adding that though he respects Madison’s approach, he chose to take “a different approach, a more subtle approach, and I kind of like the way Bravo did it … slowly revealing my life, because for the most part no one knows anything about my life other than what they can read on the Internet or what they see on the show with my family, but my private life was always kind of a mystery.”

Josh also reveals that his fellow castmate Josh Altman has been supportive. “He is a great guy and a good friend of mine and we have gotten closer since filming the show,” said Josh. “We do some business together and we get along real well. I have nothing bad to say about Josh Altman whatsoever.”

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON JOSH’S COMING OUT? AND ON TONIGHT’S NEW EPISODE?

With four seasons of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing under his belt and a new memoir, Million Dollar Agent: Brokering the Dream, real estate agent Josh Flagg continues to ride the wave of success.

We were able to catch up with Josh to talk about the current season of MDL, why he decided to pen his memoir at a young age, the growing popularity of his grandma Edith, and whether or not he plans to return next season. “I haven’t the slightest idea,” says Josh, though he expects MDL to return for a season five.

Not too many people pen their memoirs at age 25, which brings the question why now? Well, Josh credits a special person in his life for pushing him to write his book. “My grandmother suggested I write about myself and after careful thought, I realized I do have a pretty interesting story to tell,” Josh tells Reality Tea. “In fact, we had so much that we had to censor a lot and take things OUT. Believe me, there was more than enough material to go with.”

Josh believes fans of the show will get a better insight into the person he is by reading Million Dollar Agent, which also serves as an inspirational how-to book for making it in the dog-eat-dog world of real estate. “I am a very private person on camera, so I think the book will help people understand who I really am,” says Josh. “It is also a fabulous tool for someone who wants to get somewhere but does not know where to start.”

So is his granny Edith Flagg aware of her popularity with fans of the show? “She is aware. She does not understand the fascination,” Josh says, adding that she does “get a kick out” of being recognized on the streets and fans coming up to ask for pictures with her. Josh also reveals he is still working with the twins from the show, Marissa and Julianna Stoap.

And of course, we had to touch on the whole coming out issue as Josh officially came out as a gay man on the last episode of MDL. When asked what the response has been like from fans, Josh makes it clear the whole ordeal wasn’t a big deal to him. “People make such a big deal out of it like it was a life changing experience for me,” he says. “Yes I am a gay man… so is every other “hetero” in Hollywood.”

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE MILLION DOLLAR LISTING FINALE?

In case you were planning on enriching your life culturally, you can put those plans on hold! Bravo has released their upcoming schedule of new and returning drugs, television shows!

The most shocking on this list of programs is the inclusion of Millionaire Matchmaker, which apparently will be returning for its sixth, yes, SIXTH season of awful, offensive, stilted, garbage. There is apparently no shortage of professional extras willing to get berated by Patti Stanger or millionaires willing to pimp out their businesses. Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date but it’s slated to return this year.

Also returning: the strangely charming Pregnant In Heels, Million Dollar Listing, Bethenny Ever After on February 20 (but we already knew that) and Inside The Actor’s Studio on January 31, the Bravo show that refuses to die despite a million Housewives franchises. Of course, in case you’ve been busy living life Tabatha Takes Over started its fourth season on January 10th, with Tabatha taking over more than just salons, but every kind of business she can find.

Slated to premiere in the spring are the following shows with my very own synopsis! If no premiere date is listed that means the show will air sometime in the spring.

• Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis (Premieres March 14) — Jeff ran out of houses to flip, so now he is taking Jenni and Zoila on the road to redecorate people’s homes and lives. Because when you think life coach, you think an anal-retentive control freak who has alienated almost all of his loved ones! (Just kidding Jeff, I love you!)
• The Kandi Factory (premieres March 4) — Another housewife gets her own spin-off! This time around, Kandi Burruss will show us inside her songwriting empire as she mentors young artists. And she’ll probably talk about vibrators a lot.
• The Ring Leader (premieres February 27) — You know what we need more of on tv? Shows about wedding planning! Here’s another one, following around wedding planner Kristin Banta.
• Shah’s of Sunset – Yet another attempt at the Miami Social/that weird Dallas show about rich young people. Only this time, with Persian-Americans.
• Love Broker — One matchmaker on Bravo isn’t enough, now there must be two! This time, the show will follow Lori Zaslow.
• Million Dollar Listing New York – The same douches you’ve come to expect on Million Dollar Listing, but in New York this time.
• Around The World In 80 Plates - If Top Chef and Amazing Race had a baby. Or, as the press release says, “12 chefs competing in a culinary race across 10 countries in 44 days.”
• Kathy — The original Bravo-lebrity, Kathy Griffin gets her very own talk show as well as two comedy specials to premiere in the spring.
• Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding –In my mind, this show would be titled, “Deleted Scenes from this season’s Real Housewives of Atlanta” but apparently Bravo thinks you care enough about Kim Zolciak to watch her plan her wedding to football player Kroy Bierman.

Following the success of Million Dollar Listing LA, it was only right that Bravo take the franchise to the city that never sleeps!

On March 7, the network will debut Million Dollar Listing New York, which continues the same formula as its LA counterpart a.k.a following the professional and personal lives of three young male real estate agents!

The press release promises “three of the most ambitious realtors give viewers an inside look into the aggressive, high-stakes world of New York City’s real estate market as they close multi-million dollar deals faster than a cab running a red light.”

The cast features from L to R: Ryan Serhant – who sold over $102 million in real estate in his first two years of business, Michael S. Lorber – who holds a law degree and has worked for Donald Trump, and Fredrik Eklund - who has more than 1.25 billion, yes billion, dollars in residential sales.

Now on to the juicy stuff as an insider sent us some gossip about the cast. For starters Fredrik is a former gay porn star! Yes Fredrik used to go by the porn moniker of Tag Eriksson and has starred in porn movies such as The Hole. ClASSy. Our insider reveals Fredrik had to leave his job at CORE because they allegedly did not want him doing the show due to his porn past.

When it comes to Michael, our insider tells Reality Tea that he is seemingly normal and that Bravo “cast him as the sexy, straight bachelor.” Looks at Michael’s photo again.. and allrighty!

As for Ryan, who is rumored to be dating Sonja Morgan, our source says he is a former model who was cast on the show at the last minute. Caroline Grane, Ryan’s business partner, was originally supposed to be the final cast member “competing with Fredrick while Michael falls for her romantically” but was demoted to having a supporting role after Bravo discovered Ryan. Caroline is reportedly none too happy about having a lesser role on the show.

Ryan Serhant – Ryan is SVP, Managing Director for Nest Seekers International. Michael S. Lorber - Michael is Director of Business Development for Douglas Elliman Worldwide Consulting. Don't panic. Josh Altman isn't trying to be the next Persian Pop Priestess Rap Priest. Josh, along with Matt Altman and Heather Bilyeu, made the video to raise funds for the charity The Wounded Warrior Project. All proceeds from iTunes downloads, ringtone purchases, and video streams on YouTube go to the charity. 

The girl who started out as Madison Hildebrand's assistant is now Josh Altman's fiance.

In the previews for Million Dollar Listing: LA, Josh is hinting that he may want to marry longtime love (like two season's worth!) Heather Bilyeu and I suppose the cat is out of the bag, cause he proposed!

E! News reports that Josh popped the question two months ago and the couple is thrilled to be planning a wedding.

Despite the secret proposal being leaked, Josh is still playing coy about the status of his relationship to Heather. "You will see more of our relationship develop this season," Josh hints to Wetpaint. And he's not alone!  "All three of us, in fact, are in romantic relationships, and they’ll play a big role in our storylines," he adds.

Josh says that his brother and business partner Matt will also be featured more prominently. And viewers can expect a more uplifting and exciting season now that the market is in an upswing! No more struggling, the boys are making bank. 

"Two seasons ago, when I started, it was a really tough market, now things are much better," Josh explains. "You’ll see me break some records on camera, which was exciting for me."

And with more money, comes of course, more problems! Especially on a reality television show. "You’ll see me spar with my castmates," Josh teases. "We all still don’t like each other, so that’s always good for some drama."

Josh maintains that the drama while intense, is definitely not staged. Uh-huh! "All of it would happen regardless of the cameras," Josh insists. "The show tapes for an entire year and when you have cameras following you around that much, they’re going to get a ton of material."

And naturally Josh credits the real estate market for providing most of the drama. "Because the market is in a super competitive place right now, they caught us crossing paths a lot. You’re definitely going to see some fireworks! The dynamics between us, it’s just wild."

Million Dollar Listing LA's Josh Altman actually has a life outside of conducting himself like a pompous jackleg while kissing up to my man Mauricio Umansky…who knew?  I kid, I kid.  While I can barely stomach Altman's arrogance, I'd do just about anything for Josh Flagg.  Alas, I watch.

While I was excited to tune in to last night's season premiere, it's been evident from the promos that Josh Altman's story line is going to revolve around getting engaged to girlfriend and Madison Hildebrand defector Heather Bilyeu.  She's now Mauricio's right hand girl…I wonder how Splits feels about that!  That said, it came as no shock to find out that Josh did finally get down on one knee (metaphorically speaking, I assume…he'd never want to get his pants dirty).

Speaking to Life & Style (What?  Were you expecting Us Weekly?  Hey, I love the boys of MDLLA–and Grandma Edith–but it's no housewives franchise…baby steps in the 'loid world!), the couple opens up about their perfect engagement.  Awww.  You know Madison is seething!

Josh reveals that he planned the proposal for six months before finally popping the question on June 22nd.  No doubt we'll get to see it all play out for Bravo's camera.  Hopefully the pair isn't expecting a wedding spin-off special (again, not a Housewife).  Those things only happen to people on shows where the reunion doesn't take place in Andy Cohen's clubhouse on Watch What Happens Live.

Of his top secret plot, Josh reveals, “I did it on the rooftop of a very special $18 million listing that I have.  The sun was going down and everything sparkled a little bit.”

Admitting that the execution was "nerve-racking," Josh spared no expense when presenting the 5.5 carat round cut diamond ring to his now fiance complete with a fireworks display.  He explains, “I wanted to make sure everything was right,” adding, “I had all her family and friends downstairs waiting for us afterward."

Heather, for her part, was totally floored.  She obviously hadn't received her lines yet for that episode.  She tells the magazine, “It was a total shock.  Josh went above and beyond my expectations.”

Congrats to the happy couple!  See, I can be nice!  ;)  I wonder if Madison will make the guest list…

Raise your hand if you love Bravo's Million Dollar Listing!

Did y'all catch the season finale of Million Dollar Listing LA last night?  Every scene between Josh Flagg and his longtime love Colton Thorn left me either giggling or weeping.  Sure, I enjoyed Madison Hildebrand reflecting on the beach with Maya and Josh Altman proposing to Heather Bilyeu as well,  but Flagg and Grandma Edith are my faves!

No more Josh Flagg for a while — le sigh — but Bravo recently announced a new addition to the franchise – Million Dollar Listing Miami!

Million Dollar Listing L.A. star Josh Altman was involved in a chain reaction car accident yesterday that led to his Range Rover crashing into the House of Blues in West Hollywood. Neither Josh nor his ego were injured.

Several cars were involved in the car accident which was caused by a driver attempting to make a dangerous and illegal U-turn across Sunset Blvd.  The turn caused the driver of a Honda to hit the brakes.  When Josh swerved to avoid the Honda, his Range Rover clipped a taxi and the House of Blues.

"It looks worse than it was," reported Matt Altman. "The accident just affected his bottom front bumper."  The damage to the House of Blues also appears to be minimal. Business will not be affected while repairs are being made.

We're happy to hear Josh is safe and sound.

Look out, Miami Beach, it's Buns and Guns!  Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton proudly showed off her bikini body and nearly-bare butt as she frolicked in the ocean with Million Dollar Listing: New York star Fredrik Eklund. 

Marysol and Fredrik spent the day together, goofing around and looking like they had a lot of fun.  She showed off a few of the pics on Twitter, too.  Let's take a vote on who has the best beach body – Fredrik in his orange Speedo or Marysol and her bare buns?

Marysol is still awaiting word on whether or not Real Housewives of Miami will be renewed for another season.  Fredrik can breathe easy since Bravo already renewed Million Dollar Listing New York for a third season, which will most likely debut late this spring or early in summer.

Bravo promises the biggest and most dramatic season yet: season 3 has it all, from break-ups to break-downs, ego trips to cross-country trips, and sellers acting like babies to the agents possibly having babies. Fredrik, newly married with babies on the brain, strives to be more Zen; Luis, now working with Fredrik at Douglas Elliman, moves into a sweet bachelor pad overlooking the city; Ryan tries to balance business and pleasure after meeting someone special.

April is shaping up to be a exciting month for Bravo fans. The drama and shade that is Married to Medicine returns just four days after MDLNY.

TELL US – ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO NEW EPISODES OF MILLION DOLLAR LISTING NEW YORK?

Million Dollar Listing New York season three kicks off tomorrow and Ryan Serhant sat down with us to chat about what we can expect (a war) and gives us the exclusive news that his girlfriend will be appearing on the show this season!

I always love my job here at RT. What better way to get away from my day job than to pour a glass of wine or three and spend the evening with my favorite reality stars? Of course, yesterday, I loved this job more than normal as I got to have my morning coffee with none other than the star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: New York. That's right, I spent some time chatting with Ryan Serhant. Be jealous. It's only natural! If you're like me (and I know most of you are!), you're waiting anxiously for the third season of MDL: NY which premieres tomorrow night, April 2nd, at 9 PM ET/PT.

Ryan was kind enough to give me some exclusive scoop on what to expect on the upcoming season, and of course I asked about his business relationship (read: real estate feud) with the green tea swilling, Karate Kid impersonating Fredrik Eklund, as well as the status of his former pet pig Kevin Bacon. As expected, Ryan was extremely personable and charming, and I was as breezy and witty with my questions as…oh, I don't know…the most dorky and awkward person you could imagine!  

Unfortunately for me, all of my "that sounds super" and "wow, cool" riveting dialog was thwarted when he revealed that he had a girlfriend we would meet in the premiere episode. Curses! Perhaps I should stick to writing about reality stars instead of attempting to converse with them. Regardless, Ryan and I will always have that phone conversation over coffee in the parking lot of the law firm where I work. Ahh…memories!

When I asked Ryan what viewers could expect from season three of Million Dollar Listing: New York, he laughed, saying, "World War III. I am exhausted physically and emotionally from this whole filming process. It's been pretty, pretty crazy.  You know, the market is on fire, and so are the three of us. We're all fighting for the same thing, so I think that's the best way to describe it…World War III. [It's] bare knuckles between me and Fredrick. Plus, I got thrown into the ring a little bit with Luis Ortiz this season, so that should be interesting because he's a lot smaller than me." That he is.

I wondered if the drama with Frederick would be comparable to what we've seen in the past, to which Ryan responded, "I would say more, but it would depend on your definition of normal. It just keeps escalating and escalating and escalating and getting bigger and bigger. The market gets crazier and crazier. You know, in season one, things were still sitting on the market for a good bit of time, and confidence was still low."

Ryan continues, "Now you put an apartment on the market and if it's in a good location and priced right, it's sold in twenty-two minutes. The three of us being as competitive as we are, the market being as insane as it is, the properties are just so crazy, it's honestly the best way to describe it: World War III: Million Dollar Listing New York style." That should totally be the show's tag line. Are you reading this, Andy Cohen? 

Being quite the real estate geek, I wanted to know what was the craziest listing Ryan had ever encountered. In full disclosure, I may have even prefaced it with, "Like dungeons and such." #loser #whatwasIthinking? #toomuchCartonGebbia. Ryan replied, "Oh man, I've seen thousands and thousands and thousands of apartments…I mean the season finale in season two last year was pretty crazy for me–the church apartment. That was a wild ride going into that apartment on the Upper West Side."

Giving a bit of a teaser, Ryan added, "There's a townhouse that we feature on season three this year. I don't know what episode it is, but it's a townhouse on the Upper East Side. I don't want to give too much away but literally, these people were very wealthy. They built this townhouse in 1983…in the great, great, great time of 1983. And then they left. They walked out the door, they locked it, and no one had ever touched it since 1985. We went in for the first time with cameras, and, you know what? I think that might be the winner. It was the craziest thing I've ever done. Marty McFly was in there. He was hanging out with Biff…it was nuts." Props for the Back to the Future reference. Solid! I'd like to tell you I said something hilarious about a Delorean or quoted something about Michael J. Fox being in the Coast Guard with his life vest (what a great movie!), but I think I just said, "Cool! Super!" How am I not thriving in the entertainment industry?  

Channeling my inner Brian Williams, I had to have my hard-hitting journalist moment. I asked Ryan about the pig. I think he was extremely a bit taken aback by such an odd inquiry, but he didn't miss a beat, joking, "I have visitation. I have to pay child support. She sends me photos, I send her photos. We tweet. We Skype. My old driver lives in the Bronx and has a house and a big backyard. The pig is like 150 pounds now, so I do not believe in teacup pigs anymore because they just don't exist. The pig is just chilling." Good to know. Some may even say, "Super!" God, it should be a drinking game.

Hitting up the West Coast franchise, I wondered who Ryan would most–and least–like to work with from Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles. He remarked, "You know, this is an interesting question because I just opened our Los Angeles office, and we actually filmed it. So one of the episodes this season will be me in Los Angeles which should be interesting because it's like a fish out of water. I was totally overdressed, I had no idea what was going on. I was like the whitest guy out there, and I don't speak the language." Someone may need to hit up Sonja Morgan's spray tan service in Manhattan! 

Ryan shared, "I have done some things with Josh Flagg before, so I think I could work with him. I think Madison [Hildebrand] would be difficult to work with because he's just so pretty." At this point I blurted out, "Yeah, and who'd want to work with Josh Altman?" (really, who would?), to which I was schooled, "I'd work with Josh Altman, but you only asked me about two. {oops!} I'd enjoy being on the same side of the deal with him, but I don't know if I'd want him negotiating against me."

As for his guiltiest pleasure on Bravo, Ryan explained, "I like Andy and watching Watch What Happens Live. I don't know if you'd call it a guilty pleasure because it's such a great show, and he's hilarious. I do love to watch that, but I'm not in front of my TV a lot. I'm working, I'm at the office. I get home at like 11 PM, and just put on WWHL and slowly decompress, pass out, and wake up and do it all over again."

And now for the burning question we all want to know–is Ryan still single? I blushed while asking, to be totally honest. He admitted, "I actually have a girlfriend now, and you'll actually meet her on Wednesday night. I just watched the premiere episode and she's on the premiere episode. So that is a roller coaster, let me tell you. It adds to my World War III chaos," coyly saying they'd been together "a while."

Discussing why we should set our DVRs, Ryan hypes, "I mean, I think it's the craziest season yet. Season one I feel like we were trying to figure it out, and neither of us had done anything like this before. Season two, we kind of got our sea legs and we knew what we were doing. Now, season three, it's, like I said, white knuckle brawls in very fine tailored suits. It's going to be insane. Tell all of your friends to tune in." 

Oh don't worry. I will. And it will be super. And cool. And super cool. Lord, I'm such a tool!  Many thanks to Ryan for taking the time out of his busy schedule to talk to me about season three of Million Dollar Listing: New York, and make sure you're watching tomorrow night at 9 PM ET/PT!

Reality television is ruled by Bravo and the network that boasts the most crazy, chaotic 'rich' people behaving badly has just announced a bevy of new and returning shows!

First up, the returning! Super successful rookie shows Below Deck and Newlyweds: The First Year will all have a second season – both with new casts! Thicker Than Water and the surprise hit Blood, Sweat, and Heels will also have sophomore seasons. Also renewed was Kim Zolciak's spinoff Don't Be Tardy and Lisa Vanderpump's spinoff Vanderpump Rules. Interestingly I did not see I Dream of NeNe anywhere on that list! However, I'm positive that will be back!

Veteran shows Million Dollar Listing LA, Emmy award-winning Top Chef, and deplorable Shahs of Sunset will also return (which means Lilly Ghalichi's engagement was probably filmed – we hope!), along with Millionaire Matchmaker (who watches that?!). Sadly, I do not see Tabatha Takes Over or Interior Therapy (which fared well in the ratings) on the list – two of my favorite Bravo shows. They could be announced in the Fall lineup, however. <fingers crossed>

Rachel Zoe's show The Rachel Zoe Project seems to be officially dropped after a couple seasons of tanking ratings. It seems Princesses: Long Island was also officially canned – I know some of you Ashlee White lovers will be disappointed! <eye roll>

Of course all the Real Housewives shows will return… except for Real Housewives of Miami! After three seasons of poor ratings and storylines that just did not capture the audience Bravo does not have the show on their renewal list. There were conflicting reports about whether or not it would return, but it appears we're waving goodbye to this HW franchise. Unless they're pushing it to late fall… 

Now Andy Cohen has stated numerous times they are looking to expand the franchise, so I wouldn't be surprised to learn that a new city is in the works. For some reason Miami just couldn't get it together. I personally think last season's recast was the final death knell. I also believe Andy will not let the glorious Lea Black or the dramaful Joanna Krupa go to waste so I'm positive we'll see those two in some capacity again! Rumor has it Joanna is plotting a move to RHOBH! 

Now for the new shows! Kandi Burruss' wedding spinoff was officially announced, yet is still untitled. Obviously Manzo'd With Children will be airing shortly. However several new shows also look promising, one is Ladies of London which seems like Real Housewives set in Britain (yay!). 

Euros of Hollywood focuses on European jet-setters who live in LA. Top Chefs Duels combines Top Chef and Top Chef Masters and is hosted by Curtis Stone (can't let that hotness go to waste!). Also added is Game of Crowns, a pageant-based show surrounding the Mrs. circuit, which will premiere in July. Also on the list are Jersey Belle about Hollywood publicist, Jaime Primak Sullivan when she marries a Southern gentleman, Untying The Knot, which is a show about a divorce mediator and may just feature some of our couples from last season's Newlyweds (I kid…) and Extreme Guide to Parenting. 

Finally Bravo adds another city to the Million Dollar Listing franchise and will debut Million Dollar Listing: Miami, which will hopefully fare better than its Miami Housewives counterpart!

TELL US – ARE YOU SURPRISED RHOM WAS MOST LIKELY DROPPED? WHAT WILL YOU BE WATCHING? 

This week is the NBC/Bravo upfront presentations and therefore a slew of Bravolebrities have descended on NYC.  There's a lot of co-mingling of Bravo stars going on as they attend parties and dinners together.  Apparently there's a lot of hooking up going on, too!  Shahs of Sunset star Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi and Million Dollar Listing New York star Luis D. Ortiz were caught kissing last night! 

Million Dollar Listing L.A. star Josh Altman was the sneaky photographer who snapped this photo of GG and Luis getting friendly at dinner.  Josh shared the pic on Facebook, Wow! "Wow! Sitting having drinks in NYC and just saw this. @luisdortiz and @gg_golnesa having a @bravotv moment." 

Well, Luis did emphatically tell us on the last episode that he is 100% not gay and loves the ladies.  And we know Golnesa is of the "you only live once" mindset.  Plus, they're both single, so why not?

Who knows what else will happen in Bravoland this week. Especially since Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor arrived last night, too!  Let's hope he remembered to buy condoms this time….

TELL US – GG & LUIS: HOT OR NOT?

You all know Million Dollar Listing: New York is one of my guilty pleasures for Fredrik Eklund's karate moves alone. However, no one does frat boy charm and silly arrogance quite like Ryan Serhant. Those eyes. That pig (I miss you, Kevin Bacon!). Those suits (gracious, those suits). Sure, he often comes across as a cocky S.O.B., but I think he's a real softie underneath it all.

Of course, I should know given that I got to chat with Ryan before this season's premiere. Most exciting ten minutes of my March, by far. Sad, I know. I just like to remember it when I watch…like when he talked about the time capsule town house that was finally featured on last week's episode. Apparently, I'm not the only one that Ryan gives interviews to (I'm shocked–I thought we had something special), and he's opening up about his personal philosophy–and rumors of a MDL crossover!–in a new one.

Speaking to Life & Style, Ryan admits that, despite what may sometimes come across on camera, he is truly a nice guy. He tells the site, "I do everything with a wink and a smile, and most people get that about my sense of humor. I like to have a little fun and add some spice to life."

We can certainly see Ryan making the most of it on MDLNY, revealing, "This is our best season yet and each episode is filled with unexpected twists and turns. Everyone is loving the show this season and it keeps getting better and better with each episode." I would certainly agree with that!

Of the drama with co-stars and fellow realtors, Ryan explains that, at the end of the day, he can't hold a grudge. He shares, "We all make mistakes in life, say things we shouldn't say, do things we might regret.My philosophy is to apologize when I am at fault and when I am not, I forgive, forget and move forward. Looking back is a waste of time," adding, "Grudges are unattractive."

As you know, Ryan is also expanding Nest Seekers to Los Angeles, but he remains coy about rumors that have him appearing on Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles. He teases, "I can't confirm or deny that, but I can say tune in because anything is possible."

And just in case things don't end up working out with girlfriend Emilia, Ryan is already working on a back-up plan. He posted the below picture on Instagram with the caption, "Just in case Emilia leaves me again…" 

As if Ryan could handle the Neenster!

Well, if his book does what it he claims it will, Fredrik Eklund is going to be karate chopping his way to even more money! The green tea swilling star of Million Dollar Listing: New York not only kills it in the world of real estate, he plans to take the New York Times bestseller list by storm as well.

The New York Post speculated that Fredrik and lifestyle guru Bruce Littleton just inked a six-figure deal to write a book to be published by Penguin which shares "the tricks used to convince people 'to love you, listen to you and buy whatever you are selling.'” Where do I sign up for my advance copy?

Taking to Instagram, Fredrik posted the below picture and confirming the news and revealing a tentative release date. He writes, "Today's New York Post…. And I am happy to confirm it's true. We have a high six figure deal for the world rights of the book coming out in early 2015."

Fredrik adds, "Bruce Littlefield helped Barbara Corcoran to several New York Times Bestselling titles and have become a great friend these last months," explaining, "I've been working on this for a couple of years and can't wait to soon share it with all of you. High-kick!" 

Given the fact Fredrik is a reality star, his book is bound to make it to the top spot of the New York Times bestseller list. At least it's not a cookbook though…
